DOROTHY M. KEOGH has 17 years of experience as a trial lawyer involved with serious personal injury trials. Her practice is devoted to representing individuals who suffer severe personal injuries because of the carelessness and negligence of others. Other lawyers frequently retain her as their trial counsel.
Ms. Keogh was born, raised and educated in Dublin, Ireland. She received her law degree from The National University of Ireland, and went on to study to become a Solicitor at the Law School of the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland. After being invited to serve as an apprentice at a prestigious Wall Street law firm for two summers, Ms. Keogh decided to pursue her legal career in New York. She was admitted to practice at the Bar of the State of New York in 1987. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court Eastern District of New York, and the U.S. District Court Southern District of New York.
Her practice of law has been devoted exclusively to personal injury litigation and the pursuit of people's rights. Ms. Keogh strives to make herself accessible to her clients by always being available to them. In the courtroom she is a tireless and determined trial advocate fighting for their rights. Ms. Keogh has been recognized as an Advocate by the National College of Advocacy.
Ms. Keogh has been an active member of many community and professional organizations including the Association of Trial Lawyers of America; the New York State Trial Lawyers Association; and has been a member of the Insurance Committee of the New York County Lawyers Association. She has completed the Ultimate Trial Advocacy Program of the American Trial Lawyers Association. She is a member of the Lawyers' Brigade for Voting Rights. As a tireless fighter for her clients' rights, and being concerned that those rights are endangered as never before, she is a member of the Women Trial Lawyers Caucus Lobby of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, to ensure that Congress understands the importance of preserving access to civil justice for all people, not just corporations and the wealthy.
Ms. Keogh is a senior partner at KEOGH CRISPI, P.C. representing injured plaintiffs including clients referred by attorneys throughout New York and across the country in every type of personal injury case in the State of New York. She has represented visitors around the world who have been involved in accidents in New York while working or on holiday. She works closely with attorneys, internationally and nationwide, in prosecuting claims for those who have been injured, or for the families of persons killed, as a result of an accident while visiting New York. As an Irish Lawyer having studied law in Ireland, she feels very privileged to also represent many Irish residents who were injured in the United States. Ms. Keogh's professional ties allow her to work closely with attorneys on both sides of the Atlantic.

In his practice of law, over the past twenty years, PAT JAMES CRISPI has been exclusively devoted to litigating personal injury cases. He has conducted hundreds of trials in negligence cases.
As a plaintiff's negligence lawyer he has obtained seven figure verdicts; seven figure settlements and countless substantial six figure verdicts and settlements. Perhaps more significant is the fact that he has at all times been successful in exceeding the result desired by the client.
Mr. Crispi was born and raised in the New York City area. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Rollins College, Florida, and his juris doctor from Fordham University School of Law in New York City. He was admitted to practice at the Bar of the State of New York in 1983. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court Eastern District of New York, and the U.S. District Court Southern District of New York.
As a skilled courtroom tactician Mr. Crispi has a superb ability to take on complicated subjects; identify and define the issues of controversy; and advocate his clients' interests.
